Okay, I get the idea; that is not a problem in itself.

What will be a problem for both Dutch and European legislation is that your purchased module now contains a mandatory subscription, and different laws apply for taking out subscriptions than for buying a digital module (product).

In this case, the Dutch legislation (and probably also the European) will not agree with the part:

"... The "Business Care" subscription will be inextricably linked to the purchase of the "Addon." This means that immediately after putting this new service online, you can no longer buy Addon without the "Business Care" subscription that comes with it. The duration of this subscription is 12 months from the date of purchase of the Addon, and is tacitly renewed. You can cancel this subscription at any time without notice, and it will be terminated once the expiration date of the current subscription has been reached. ... "

Tying and tacit renewal with subscriptions is not allowed by some laws. Remember that, Prestashop.
