Error upgrading prestashop from 1.7.6.0 to 1.7.7.4

Hi everyone,

I've an error when I'm trying to upgrade my prestashop website, using the module 1-click upgrade, or by doing it manually, it's the same error:
 

PHP Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=7409 in /home/website/public_html/vendor/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Connection.php on line 1248 lPHP Fatal error: Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away in /home/website/public_html/vendor/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOConnection.php:88

I tried to clear cache, disable addons, nothing happens, the site is almost updated, but with a lot of bugs
