Modifying view.tpl to show SQL

Hi!

 

My purpose is to show the result of a SELECT on adminXXXXXXXXX\themes\default\template\controllers\orders\helpers\view\view.tpl

 

Basicaly, i want to show up a sql value from a table of the mySQL DB on the Admin Order page. How should i do that? Writting directly on the tpl? I'm new on Prestashop and Smarty so idk 😕

Edit: I've read that the main reason for using Smarty is to separate Logic and View (make sense), so, where should i put my PHP code, so i can access the variables on th .tpl files?
