PrestaShop has broken images after upload

Dear Prestashop Community,

1) I downloaded my prestashop to localhost and upgraded it to latest version on XAMPP.

2) on localhost it worked fine on php 7.3

3) I uploaded same to server and images and css doesn't seem to load. 

 

Steps I've taken:

1) Updated Database:

   I've updated the database so SHOP_URL and

  presta_configuration 

  all point to my temporary URL given to me on ionos which is http://s845872027.onlinehome.us/

 

2) updated app/config/parameters.php to point to database

3) imported database on ionos exactly as it was in original site

 

Please give me some thoughts as to how to fix this problem. I cleared cache also a few times.

Oh when I put:

it redirects to 

http://s845872027.onlinehome.usadmin584kmwj4d/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=2b4cf66635083a4ca830ada28be38665

 

Maybe this is the problem?
