sebpil
Hi, Since my old Prestashop is completely blocked from login and I cannot analyze what the problem is in the log files, I am about to give up the attempts to log in to back office. How can I backup my current products? I want to backup the products and start a new shop instead. Or is it possible to start a new store and import products from old store before I remove it? musicmaster
Quite likely your problem is solvable for someone with some experience with Prestashop. Anyway, you can use my free tool Copy_shopdata to copy your business data (products and orders) to a new shop of the same version.
sebpil
I never get this to work. How to point the old shop somewhere so Prestashop know where to get data from? It os certainly not easy trying to use/place this thing somewhere, in new or old shop etc. First of all it is not possible to install it when I downloaded the zip file, it just says error, probably because it is very old, from 2015 and now we have 2021. Is there some working tool available for new shops?
