erreur Avec le paiement ( Cash Delivery)

Bonjour j'ai cette erreur qui m'apparait apres avoir active le module de paiement Cash Delivery sur mon site.

et quand j'arrive a la fin de la validation de ma commande ca me donne cette erreur .

quelqu'un a la solution svp
