flashlight-torches Posted April 22, 2011 Share Posted April 22, 2011 Wanted to upgrade from 1.4.0.17 to 1.4.1 but when it comes to the installation process the ‘back and next’ buttons are missing from the installation page.I have tried in on several setups but the only way to get the buttons to show is to delete (or rename) the settings.inc.php file. It seems that nobody else from presta team have the same problem :-((I want to update for real online use. flashlight-torches Posted May 5, 2011 Author Share Posted May 5, 2011 I don't know what the problem is under test servers but when I bit the bullet and tried it for real on my live site the buttons were there luckily. Deleting that file allowed the buttons to be shown but that does not help if you are trying to upgrade as the only option then becomes a fresh install. Thomas Didierjean Posted May 8, 2011 Share Posted May 8, 2011 There's a workaround that you can try (until the fix in the next version): in config/config.inc.php line 29 replace "off" by "on".
