Michael C Posted April 28, 2021 Share Posted April 28, 2021 We've had a report from a client of the following happening... An order was placed on April 25th at 13:33. On this order where 2 products which had reduced prices due to a time-limited discount added under specific prices for the respective products. Both of these discounts were set to be valid from April 19th at 00:00 (midnight) to April 26th at 00:00 (midnight). So the order was placed while the discounts were valid and the online payment details show, that the customer indeed did get the correct discount. However if I look at the order now in PrestaShop (or on the generated invoice) they do NOT reflect the discount. Has anyone else had this happen? And if yes, what did you do to remedy the situation?
