Import Product data in PS 1.7.7.1

I try to import data into PS 1.7.7.1 via csv. I have 2 problems:

1. Images import does'nt work:

Some errors were detected. Please check the details:

Error copying image: ../upload/p

al folders have 777 rights, image is there also, but still having this error

2. Placing product in right category: The product should be in category ID 11, but instead, PS will create a new category with name: 11

Any suggestions

1. Use absolute paths for the images, like www.shop.com/tmp/123.jpg. Do not use relative paths.

2. Use category names instead of their id numbers.

Thanks, we fixed the Category import, but still not able to import the images, als not with the full path.  When I paste the full URL in the browswer, the image is visible, but still error during import function:

Error copying image: ../upload/p

../upload is not a full path. It is a relative path.

Yes, the relative path is required as in the example template is written. But also the full path will give exact same error
