Problem to Install Prestashop into cp.netmyne...can anyone help?

H i there,

I run a boutique and Im thinking of creating an online store for my boutique. I have registered with unifi (from Malaysia) to provide me with internet and hosting + domain.

The problem is that the company doesnt provide any technical assitance in any form when I have problem installing prestashop or confuse with all the domain, mailing and hosting matters. What they do is to provide me with password and username access to my account under cp.netmyne...

I have try to upload prestashop 1.3.7 to wwwroot but it doesnt work at all. The web hosting is IIS 6, it seems possible to change to Apache (from the userguide http://userguide.netmyne.com) but I don know how and I afraid if i make any changes, it will become worse as I don have much knowledge in this area...

I have gone through the userguide few times but I really don get to understand what and how to make it work. Can anyone who is expertise with it have a look into my problem, see if the setting in the cp is correct and guide me to install prestashop, please....
