Error when getting payment from a Backorder -> outofstock

Hello everyone, 1.7.5.2

Customers are getting this error message when buying products in 0 stock.

Error in Paypal
Order validation error : Syntax error in template "file:/usr/home/manga-r18.com/web/themes/MangaR18/mails/en/order_conf_cart_rules.txt" on line 1 "[https://manga-r18.com/]" unknown tag 'shop_url'. Attention, your payment is made. Please, contact customer support. Your transaction ID is : 

I changed few lines in html on templates on "outofstock".

Now when i have an order, instead of marking the order status, as "On backorder (paid)" or "Payment accepted", now instead appears this

"Edit Html version" in order_conf_cart_rules is all blank.

"TXT version" has this text:
