Nickovitshj
Hello, Current PrestaShop version: 1.7.6.5 Current issue: As you can see on my screenshot that I attached my total cost (Product + Shipping) is €135.81 (121+14.81) My Voucher is worth €242. My clients still have to pay for shipping €14.81 even though the voucher is worth more then the two combined. What I want to achieve: Voucher is worth €242. Total cost (Product + Shipping) is €135.81 Client needs to pay €0,00. Does anyone know if there is a module which can help me with this. Or if there are overrides that can be made for this. I have looked into everything that is default on PrestaShop. Having the voucher enable free shipping is not a solution in my use case. Why is there on the actions tab only an option saying 'Order (Without shipping)' and not one option 'Order (With shipping)'? Am I the only one thinking it's so weird this is not a default option? Or is this for some reason an intendeded purpose within an Ecommerce platform?
joseantgv
You can only configure X€ discount + Free shipping, not X€ discount including shipping. To do this you would need a module https://addons.prestashop.com/en/promotions-gifts/9129-promotions-and-discounts-3x2-sales-offers-packs.html
Nickovitshj
Hi, I found the module below: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/wishlist-gift-card/26859-add-shipping-cost-in-gift-card-voucher-discount-amount.html But there is a bug in it where I discovered that it only fully works when you make the amount tax included. When the amount is tax excluded it doesn't always cover the shipping charge. I have notified the developer of this bug and he's currently looking into it he said.
