So the client made a payment through paypal, which was accepted, but then he wanted another product so invoiced him in smartbill and payed him the difference directly. Now the issue is, that the order from PS shop needs to be canceled,without giving the client back the money from PS too. I have checked one of our other website and noticed that we have the option "Invoiced into Smartbill" too, which my guess is that it's due to the Smart Bill Cloud module that we have installed. I cannot find this module on the website with the issue, therefore we don't have this option. Any idea where I can find this module? I'd suggest contacting smart bill company directly. You should also be able to get the module from the server where it's on through FTP.
