[Solved] backup prestashop 1.7 , stil redirecting to old URL

I  made a backup of my prestashop 1.7.7 to another domain on the same server to use it as test environment. I cannot access the tha BO and FO because it keep redirecting to the origininal shop.

This is already done:

-Empty htaccess

-change url bB in table PS_configuration

- clear cache

But still not able to access the test environment because it keeps redirecting.

Any suggestions?
