Contact form sends empty emails

Hi guys,

Hope someone could help me with the following issues:

My shop has a problem with the Contact form.
The mails sent from Contact Form are received empty (there is just the logo of the shop attached to every mail).
Moreover, messages are not saved in Back Office / Employees / Customer Service, though I have set the option to save them.

I tried all the options around in the backoffice, but it never worked.

Is there any way to fix it?

Hello everyboy. I´m member or spanish forum. I have the same problem wtih empty email. Anyone could solve this problem? How? Help us, please!

And me too. How fix that problem? My emails only show Logo.

I have found a post that explains the problem. The files with the text are deleted when you use the translation tool in back office. I dont know if there is a solution, but you can copy the files from the original pack of prestashop, make the corrections with another software (dreamwear o other), and upload again to you server. The files must be all in the directory mail/your language. Better, you must configure in backoffice/preferences/mail the sending options like html. I have test it, and it work.
