[1.7.7.2] - Issue with translations charset encoding after upgrade from 1.7.5

Hi,

I facing issue after upgrade from 1.7.5 -> 1.7.7.2. When I add or change translation theme or module from my admin panel on the front of the shop I got incorrect charset encoding. 

On the backoffice is Akceptuję

But on the checkout page I got this

It looks like it is some problem with encoding but anyone know where to look? Maybe some files are in incorrect encoding? Thanks for any advice.
