Willemien Posted April 9, 2021 Share Posted April 9, 2021 Hello We don't use Paypal, we use Payfast, but the payment process and how it should communicate with the Back Office order status is the same. After we upgraded to 1.7.7.2, we noticed that when customers pay with Payfast, the order goes through as an "awaiting cash on delivery from validator", when it is supposed to use the "payment accepted" status automatically. We have checked, and the payment is definitely through to Payfast, but it is as if the Back Office is not understanding it as such. We do not use Cash On Delivery and this payment method is disabled too. Customers is also not receiving any order confirmation emails using this payment method when they should. Neither Payfast nor a developer could help us or find a solution. We do not know anything about html coding either. Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
