Compressed CSS cannot change Bootstrap

Hello

I have a bootstrap issue on my website

i have contacted the theme developers and after weeks and weeks there is still the issue

so i thought i would try and ask here to see if anyone can assist

Well the theme developers cannot change the bootstrap (they use apollo page bulder)

as they say that the CSS is being compressed

here is what they wrote

although I tried to disable css cache but it is still running css cache
