I have a blank page when login on my prestashop back office

Hello I would need help

 

I am on prestashop 1.6

and I have a white page instead of my back office

the message I have : 
Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template file './breadcrumb.tpl' in 'header.tpl' <-- thrown in /var/www/clients/client0/web38/web/releases/2/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 129

 

but my web site still works

 

Anyone have a solution for fixing it ?
