Getalinks
Hello all, I've been racking my brain and Google for hours trying to figure this out, but cannot find an answer. I have a customer in Australia (I'm in the USA) and he cannot make a purchase. He gets the error "no modules installed" when he goes to checkout and his address is showing undefined for some reason. Any help would be awesome as he's ok I'm using him as a guinea pig for trying to figure this out, but it's getting old. I've attached the errors he keeps getting and my setup for the country. Thanks in advance.
Rhobur
Did you check the Payments->Preferences page? Is the country enabled there and the payment methods active?

Rhobur
It should appear right under Shipping, You probably have a much older version of PS, I don't remember if there was a version missing this option or is it a problem with your install. What is your version?

Rhobur
Then you find those options in Modules->Payments the bottom part. Check each of them to see if the module you're using is enabled for the Country, language etc.
Getalinks
I broke the shop. I don't know what I did. I upgraded to 1.7 after you mentioned I was using an old version and then I lost the whole shop. I'm currently trying to rebuild everything now. I'll keep you informed if I have the same issue with the new shop. Thank you for trying to help.
Rhobur
Oh, are you sure you broke it? Are you aware than when upgrading from 1.6 to 1.7 you loose the third party modules and the theme? Maybe this is your"problem" case in which you need to re add those modules (1.7 version) and either use the Classic theme or buy/create a new one. No, I was using the Classic theme and no third party modules. It was wiped unfortunately.
