PrestaShop 1.4.1 and US tax

I did not have this problem in 1.4.0.17, however with 1.4.1 it appears again:

I need the state tax in the US. It is configured in this case for Washington state.

What works:

- the display of the product will show the right price depending on the location of the person signed it (for example $10 for everyone not in WA state and $10.98 for everyone in WA state)

What does not work:

- adding this product to the cart will NEVER include the tax (independent if the buyer is from WA state or not)

Is there a new switch somewhere to set???

This is fixed in 1.4.2 which is scheduled to be released May 11, 2011.
