hardcoded delivery price

I am novice with Prestashop and I am trying to make my cart to show correct message for delivery price. Originally the cart showed "free delivery", before choosing a carrier, from which the the correct price to be calculated. I consider this misleading to the customer and I found a way to hardcode it  and it says "To be calculated" in Bulgarian. This however shows when I am adding a product to the cart. It used to show in the cart in Mozilla. I am working with two carriers in Bulgaria, and I suspect they hardcoded something too, because initially Microsoft Edge and now also Firefox show some arbitrary delivery price "6.36", which changes after a carrier is chosen, but I want to have my message that the price is being calculated or something else which is not misleading. I have attached a screenshot, hope it helps, because at this point the store will be only in Bulgarian
