Error 403 Header Http (Google robot, googlebot cannot access it)

Hello everyone,

It's been a while that I have not posted on the forum. My hosting provider made me notice that I got a lot of error 403 lately on my website. So I checked my Google Search Console and indeed, it looks like all my links are not accessible. Starting with the sitemap itself.

  • Google shows "impossible to get sitemap". But when I click the sitemap URL, it does open properly.
  • Google shows "error 403" on over 600 pages and products. But when I click the pages and products URLs, they do open properly.

It seems that something blocks my website. Following some advice on other forums, I have checked my website headers on https://www.webconfs.com/http-header-check.php and here is what I got:

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden =>
Server => openresty
Date => Tue, 30 Mar 2021 14:46:39 GMT
Content-Type => text/html
Content-Length => 162
Connection => close
Vary => Accept-Encoding

  • I have renamed both .htaccess and robots.txt files as .htaccess-old and robots-old.txt.
  • I have regenarated both .htaccess and robots.txt files.
  • I have disabled mod_apache_security in the back office.
  • I have disabled the geolocalisation so every country has access to the website.

I am out of ideas to try. Can anybody help me ???

My website is: https://www.bijoux-isady.fr.
I am on Prestashop 1.7.6.8.

I would be forever grateful to the person who could point me in the right direction ... 😀
