Issue with CED Fruugo and OnBuy modules in conjunction with Prestaslia's Fastbay.

Sorry if this is in the wrong area.

We are using PS 1.7.6.7.

We connect to ebay and amazon using Prestalia's Fastbay and Amazon Sync modules.

Recently I saw that CED commerce had "Free" modules to integrate with Onbuy and Fruugo.

I managed to get hold of the Onbuy module and configured and all appeared good, so I got Fruugo too.

CED had to install Fruugo, much to my dismay and messed up a LOT!

Eventually someone sorted it out but it took a lot of work.

The issue is that when we receive an OnBuy or Fruugo order, Fastbay does not send out the quantity or any revision to ebay.

Prestalia tell me that their module follows the correct procedures and I don't disbelieve them.

So effectively this is what happens.
All orders on Fruugo, ebay, amazon, onbuy are imported into our PS store using various modules.
IF we create a manual order in BO, Fastbay will send the new quantity to ebay
IF we receive an order on our website, Fastbay will send the new quantity to ebay
IF we receive an order on ebay, Fastbay will send the new quantity to ebay
IF we receive an order on amazon, Fastbay will send the new quantity to ebay
IF we receive an order on Fruugo or OnBuy, Fastbay will NOT send the new quantity to ebay.

CED tell me one thing and then do another.  They have told me for the past month or so that it will be looked into but seem incapable.

They can't even change the Onbuy commission so that PS does not import as SHIPPING!!

 

I am guessing it's something to do with the hooks.

Just wondered if anyone had any experience or solution or direction with help.

Without the Fruugo and OnBuy orders triggering a fastbay revision, I have to do by hand, which is open to overselling issues.
