Editing Contact Number on Homepage

Hey all

Apologis if I have posted this in the wrong place.

I am trying to edit the contact number at the top of my page - 

I have followed the advice of all the articles I can find to update this including - 

Updating the contact block moduel

Updating the contact infomation block moduel

I have read about I may need to edit the theme it's self but after searching for over an hour through all the available theme settings, I cannot find an option to do so.

Can anyone assist please?
