Change Logo Size in Header

HI i'm using prestashop 1.7.7.2 with Leo Theam. I have updated LOGO , but it looks very small, please suggest how to increase the size of the LOGO

There is a bug in Prestashop, that can’t show the correct logo size, please add the following code to the Custom CSS 
a.shop_logo img.logo{width:300px;}

The site is not online at the moment. I am studying 1.7.7.2 locally before migrating my old 1.6.0.14 to this one. But I would say that I am rather worried that an operation as logical as necessary as adjusting the size of the company logo requires a modification of the software. Even if it's a minor modification.

But going back to my original question, I couldn't find a folder with the description "Custom CSS" in the site files.
