Team Editors - Only edit own content

Hello

I work with a collective of artists and we want to have an online shop. I don't mind doing the general admin, payment gateways and themes etc, but I don't want to have to be responsible for other people's stock and content. I would like to know if it is possible to give people the permission to only edit/add/delete their own products. It's not entirely clear from the documentation or from a search of these fora.

It's possible that the post I need has just gone sailing over my head.
