formatting in footer

Can anyone help a complete newbie from tearing her hair out! I have "inherited" (pun not intended) a shop with the default classic theme.

I can't work out quite what is controlling the formatting of the contact information in the RHS of my footer. I know it has something to do with ps_contactinfo.tpl but that's about as far as my findings go. I have some programming background and know a bit about CSS inheritance etc but don't really understand the code in the file. Any pointers would be gratefully appreciated.
