Upgrade/Migrate Multi-Store to version 1.7

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has already upgraded a multi-store website from 1.6 to 1.7? If so how did you proceed?

I've been trying on a test location with a migration tool and apparently all goes well. The migration module imports products, clients and even the multi-store settings.

There's just one glitch. The products were not assigned to the secundary store. They are only visible on the main store.

One another question. Should I set the 2 store definitions in the new version  prior to the migration?
