Error trying to login to backend PS 1.7

In Plesk if I enable security "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS ". I get the following error trying to login to backend?

"Unable to write into "en-US"" (data layer : "PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Localization\CLDR\DataLayer\LocaleCache")

This is happening to me after I've migrated domains.

Yep, fixed.

After migration you must change domain in table "ps_configuration"

There is generated cache that require to be removed (var -> cache -> prod/dev)

After that we got working site
