Prestashop upgrade paid help

i have a prestashop site with many categories and products

version 1.7.6.1

 

1 click upgrade not working and if it does will take over a week

If someone can get this upgraded without losing structure and database then i may be able to pay

i do not want to lose everything just for an upgrade.
