Issues with shop proposing free delivery when not intended

I am configuring a new store. I am using a module developed by a carrier in Bulgaria specifically for Prestashop. However, when I test, I always get a free delivery. I checked with the support of the carrier, and according to them the issue may be in the store admin part. I also checked myself and it is not set in the admin part of the carrier and I am searching through the admin part of the store, I cannot find why this would happen. the store can be found at maimundere.bg/Store .

I have disabled free shipping from preferences/handling

 I would appreciate any tips, advice
