(SOLVED) Product successfully added to your shopping cart -Not displaying correctly

Hello

 

I have just noticed that when you add a product into the shopping cart 

then the popup does not appear to be displaying correctly on a laptop

(it is missing about 30 percent on the right side) should also say proceed to checkout..

it does display correctly when i tested it on my phone

enclosed is a photo which shows the issue

Any help much appreciated

Found the problem

 

i am using a surface pro 6 and the resolution was changed when i am viewing

 

it displays fine on desktops and mobiles....
