Site Image hook unable to find

We are have been searching the shop, the database to find an image URL but so far no success.

The shop uses the az_focus theme and is updated to 1.6.1.24. The image is in the body of the theme set there by the az_tag module but there is no trace of the image anywhere.  

Any pointer are greatly appreciated.

It is not in the Database,

Not in the az_theme folder, not in the admin area or in the admin folder.

how do I get to the hook of the image?

The hook which should put in the image has another image which is not seen.

Nope unfortunately not. I searched through all modules, Admin Area, Theme Folder and on site

The hook usually responsible holds another image. The Cache/Smarty/Cache is cleared. Any other caches where it could be?

Found it under theme > content-v1.tpl

some of the product pages don't have an Icon, due to a false path i presume.

Any ideas how to solve that?
