Alex Ch
I was upgrading to 1.7.7.1 from 1.7.6.9 and did a mysqldump before I press the button. The 1 click upgrade showed errors and ask me to "Roll Back", I switched tap to another tab in Chrome and when I went back to the original upgrade tap, the button was gone and I went to another tab which was on prestashop admin panel and refresh, EVERYTHING LITERALLY GONE and ERROR 500. The only thing I can get now is from the Error log in my nginx, which is: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/web/www.addify3d.com/vendor/composer/platform_check.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php/lib/php') in /web/www.addify3d.com/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php on line 25" while reading response header from upstream, client: 162.158.111.188, server: www.addify3d.com, request: "GET /index.php?id_product=38&rewrite=makerbot-method&controller=product HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/tmp/php-cgi.sock:", host: "www.addify3d.com" Please help... I have the backup and I dump in backwards it is still having the same error
JBW
Seems your shop is already live again. When restoring the DB you must also restore the files from previous version
