Force user buying membership subscription before buying any other products.

Hello,
Do you know if exists a module that forces users to buy a sort of membership subscription before buying any other products?
In other words, users need to buy a subscription to the site (with an annual fee) before being able to buy products available in-store.

You now have three default customer groups.

Visitor - All people without a valid customer account.

Guest - Customer who placed an order with the guest checkout.

Customer - All people who have created an account on this site.
