Problem With Ajax Cart

Good afternoon, I have enabled the AJAX mode of the cart, but it does not work regularly, that is:

When you click on "add product to cart", the pop-up opens but at the same time the page automatically refreshes and I cannot disable this function.

How can I solve the problem? The current Prestshop version used is 1.6.1.24

Edit: I did a couple of tests on different sections of the website and in some pages, such as the product list of a single category, it opens the popup correctly, on other pages it refreshes and adds double products. I tried to change the theme, but there are no changes in the function

On product page it works fine. On category page when press Add to cart, its call Module "jmarketplace" Controller

module/jmarketplace/addproductcartconfirm/

which cause the issue.
