Passko
Hello, I am absolutely newbie Prestashop user and yesterday I decided to give this platform a try. I made a fresh install of the latest version of Prestashop 1.7.7.2 - link to my site http://fashionap.com/ I use Linux shared hosting, PHP version 7.1.33 ( more info here http://fashionap.com/phpinfo.php ) Unfortunately, when I tried to place an order like a customer at the frontend, I could not do that. I proceeded through all the steps at checkout and hit order button - browser was “thinking” around 30 seconds and then this error appeared – “Server is temporarily unavailable” - screenshot is attached. Every time when I try to place an order, this error happens. I tried with different browsers – same issue. But at backend order is received! I tried to install Prestashop manually or Softaculous installer, I tried to play around with Shipping and Payment preferences – always same result. Did any of you face up the same issue? Is it possible my hosting provider to have some php restriction, that’s why I can not place an order like a customer?
Passko
I moved to another hosting provider and now everything is ok. Obviously, some restrictions of the previous hosting provider have caused the issue.
