Upgrading Prestashop from 1.6.1.24 to 1.7.7.2 (Request for quotes)

I am looking for quotes and total cost of upgrading Prestashop from 1.6.1.24 to 1.7.7.2. as compared to going to another system like shopify.  I know the new versions seems to have even basic modules missing like: shipping (UPS, USPS, Fedex), payments (Credit card), etc. and I will also have to buy these.

I actually already installed, created databases and brought most of the databases over from 1.6.1.24 but still need a quote for the following:

1. Importing customers, orders and products again. (Has changed since install)

2. Configuring store with Warehouse theme. (Understanding theme and setting up properly)

3. Moving store to front with images. (Moving out of folder to root)

4. Testing
