Only Default Combination Added to Cart

Hi everyone,

I'm running 1.4.0.17, and I use products with combinations. Like some others on the forum, I have an issue where no matter what combination is chosen the pull down boxes, only the default combination is added to the shopping cart.

In Chrome, I see the following Javascript errors in Product.php when I load the product page:

"Uncaught ReferenceError: addCombination is not defined"
"Uncaught ReferenceError: findCombination is not defined"

This is happening for all of my products, and all users. I have tried different possible workaround : creating combinations using the combination generator, adding combinations manually, copying an existing product, creating a new product, turning "Force Compile" on, and forcing Smarty V2.

Does anyone know what else I can try?
