Is it possible to limit access to a product to a group 24 hours before another group ?

Hi,

 

I'm a developer using Prestashop for my customers. One of the need of my customer is to limit access to a product to a given group 24 hours before another group.

 

Is it possible ? Do I need to buy a module ? Could I code this myself ? Where ?
