Names of products in BO are not shown - 1.7.7.2

I start a new shop in japanese and when I input a new product in front office it is all ok but in backoffice I get only a N/A

I search in internet and I find only one explanation about this issue but I dont understand what I must to do.

I attach 2 images of my site with the front and back office.
