Can't access the back office

Hi,

I've activated the debug mode.

I get this error:

Unable to load template 'file:catalog/_partials/miniatures/product.tpl'

I found some similar topics, but not the solution.

Prestashop version is 1.7.6.4

I've tried to delete var/cache folders, still not working

 

The file product.tpl exists in miniatures folder.

 

The website looks like it is online, but without access to BO

Any suggestions what is possible to do?
