lukeither Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 I am using PrestaShop 1.6.1.6 version, and I have not made updates to my site in almost a year. I decided to start back working on the site, and I need to add products; however, I have been attempting to add products and have not been able to add any new products because they will not save. I contacted Siteground, my hosting provider (for more than 10 years), and they have advised, "The server error log is crystal clear. It should be related to the current application that you are using. I cleared all the cache on a server level. Could you please test it now? " After trying, I still have the same issue. I can not add to current products or add new products. Siteground: It's a problem with the PrestaShop application, and I am afraid that I could not provide you with the correct steps. What I can suggest is consulting a developer for a second opinion. I have gone into other areas on the site, and I do not seem to have a problem-saving in other areas. Please advise.
