Product skips to next product with correct image but wrong title.

Hope anyone can assist.

When go to our website www.scrapbookstudio.co.za and click on  a product to view product details such as product in stock, description etc.

Everything looks fine from there, but as soon as you adjust the quantity or added the item to cart.

The page skips on to the next product with a different image and different product details, but the title still uses the previous product's title.

I have tried to disable all possible modules that might cause this glitch, but non has solved the issue.

 

This is also somehow interfering with the command the website needs to roll out when a customer has adjusted their quantity more than  what is actually available to order. For example there are only 6 in stock of the item but somehow the page allows a quantity of 7 to be added and only notifies the customer about the stock not being enough when they go to view their cart.

 

We are currently using version 1.7.5.1
