Error 500 when I click on the invoice item in the backend menu.

When I try to access an order in the back-ed it is giving error 500, I will show the errors that occur after accessing the order, please I need urgent help :(.

There is an error in module ngfrenet. Are you using this module? Is it a paid or free module?
