Specific price and url by country, create urls with country and language e.g. en-uk or es-ar

Hello, we have a store where we want to make international sales, where in each country the product has a different price. We have a module that detects the country by ip and is able to show the correct price depending on the country from where the page is visited.

THE PROBLEM
When we add products to Google Shopping, when checking, google does not support the product because the price that appears is different from the price we send, because it appears the price of the country from where the check is done.

THE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
We have thought that having a single url per country for the same product would be the solution in this way the google robot would not be wrong.

For example, country: Spain, language: Spanish: es-es, country: argentina, language: spanish: es-ar.

Is there a module that allows you to add urls in this way ?
Is there any alternative method to solve this problem ?
