Impossible to edit a product after Prestashop upgrade to 1.7.7.1 and 1.7.7.2

We have had a problem since updating our Prestashop to 1.7.7.1, it is impossible for us to update our product sheets.
It is possible to create a product sheet but cannot update it with the following error message:

The Product-> meta_keywords property is not valid.

We compared the fields of all tables starting with ps_product * with those of a freshly installed 1.7.7.1 prestashop which are exactly the same.

Also, when we modify the fields directly in the ps_product_lang table and put a value. We then go to the prestashop interface and we can clearly see this value displayed in the field. We try to modify it and during the validation, it is the old value of the meta description field which was previously displayed which returns (as if there was a cache while all the caches are deactivated and the debug mode is activated ).
No errors on the php logs, just the message "Unable to update settings."
