Dave Angel Posted April 20, 2011 Share Posted April 20, 2011 Not sure.have you checked what Tax rates you have set up in your BackOffice (admin)?does your import of tax rates match up with what you have in the BO?it sounds like you need to set up your tax rates first... but i have been known to get things wrong...in your csv file you must have a tax column? this should have only the tax rate in it nothing else (see image). this should match the rate in your BO tax section. if it doesnt it wont work , capiche?Rob.
