Can't get Prestashop 1.7.7.2 working with nginx

I have a Prestashop version 1.7.6 instance running fine on my server. I created a new site in nginx, with just a simple index.html page and everything works fine with the certbot certificates. I removed the index.html page and installed Prestashop 1.7.7.2 and I can only get to the admin. The front end gives the error:

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I used this for my nginx config:

I've also seen other nginx configs posted for 1.7 and I think I've tried every one. Has anyone successfully gotten 1.7.7.2 to run successfully on nginx?
